Agri-Sure Dealer Remittance Application Terms of Use
Effective Date: September 10, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Agri-Sure Dealer Portal, Dealer Remittance Application, Internal Dashboard, and related QuickBooks-connected features operated by Agri-Sure, LLC.
By accessing or using these services, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Purpose of the Application
The Agri-Sure Dealer Remittance Application provides authorized Agri-Sure dealers and Agri-Sure personnel with tools to manage policy-related billing, dealer remittances, and related administrative functions.
The application may create, retrieve, update, and reconcile information associated with invoices, payments, credits, refunds, customers, products, and related accounting records through QuickBooks Online.
The application may also exchange authorized dealer, policy, customer, and payment information with Agri-Sure's customer relationship management and internal administration systems.
2. Authorized Users
Access to the application is limited to individuals authorized by Agri-Sure or by an approved Agri-Sure dealer organization.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials and for activity performed through their accounts.
Users may not access another dealer's customer records, policy information, accounting information, administrative functions, or other restricted information unless they have been specifically authorized to do so.
Agri-Sure may assign different permissions based on a user's role, dealership, dealer group, or responsibilities.
3. License to Use the Application
Agri-Sure grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the application for legitimate business purposes related to Agri-Sure policies, dealer administration, billing, and remittance processing.
No ownership rights in the application, software, designs, business processes, documentation, or related intellectual property are transferred to users.
Users may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, resell, sublicense, or attempt to reproduce the application except as expressly permitted by Agri-Sure in writing or as allowed by applicable law.
4. QuickBooks Online Connection
The application may connect with QuickBooks Online through authentication and application programming interfaces provided by Intuit.
Depending on the user's permissions and Agri-Sure's configuration, the application may create, retrieve, update, or reference QuickBooks records, including:
Invoices
Payments
Customers
Credit memos
Refund records
Products and services
Transaction identifiers
Payment status
Account-related transaction information
Users are not required to provide their QuickBooks Online password directly to the Agri-Sure application.
Users may not use the application to create false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized QuickBooks transactions.
5. Dealer Responsibilities
Dealers and their authorized users are responsible for providing accurate information when:
Creating policies
Entering customer information
Selecting products or coverage
Entering equipment information
Submitting remittances
Providing billing information
Selecting sales personnel
Uploading documents
Completing other transactions
Users are responsible for reviewing transaction information before submission.
Agri-Sure may review, reconcile, correct, or investigate records when information submitted through the application conflicts with QuickBooks Online, HubSpot, policy records, dealer records, or other authorized business records.
6. Accounting Records
QuickBooks Online may serve as the accounting record for invoices, payments, credits, refunds, and other accounting transactions processed through the application.
Information displayed in the Dealer Portal or Internal Dashboard may be synchronized from QuickBooks Online, HubSpot, or other Agri-Sure systems.
Temporary differences may occur while connected systems process or synchronize information.
Agri-Sure may place a transaction into a review status when the application cannot automatically confirm the status of an invoice, payment, credit, refund, or related accounting record.
Authorized Agri-Sure personnel may manually resolve accounting exceptions after reviewing the applicable records.
7. Dealer Remittances
Dealers may use the application to submit amounts owed to Agri-Sure for eligible policies.
A dealer may combine multiple eligible policies into a single remittance when permitted by Agri-Sure.
Submitting a remittance may result in the creation of a QuickBooks Online invoice.
Dealers are responsible for reviewing the policies and amounts included in a remittance before submission.
Payment terms, late charges, and other billing requirements remain subject to the applicable dealer agreement and Agri-Sure billing policies.
8. Prohibited Use
Users may not use the application to:
Commit or facilitate fraud
Submit knowingly false information
Access information without authorization
Impersonate another person or organization
Circumvent access controls
Interfere with application operation
Attempt to gain unauthorized administrative access
Introduce malicious software or code
Probe or test security controls without authorization
Use automated tools to access the application without written approval
Alter accounting information for an improper purpose
Obtain information belonging to an unrelated dealer or customer
Agri-Sure may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend access while an investigation is conducted.
9. Availability and Changes
Agri-Sure may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue application features when necessary for maintenance, security, legal requirements, accounting requirements, service changes, or business operations.
Agri-Sure does not guarantee that the application will always be available without interruption, delay, synchronization differences, or technical errors.
10. Suspension or Termination
Agri-Sure may suspend or terminate access to the application when:
A user violates these Terms
A user presents a security risk
Authorization from a dealership ends
A dealership's relationship with Agri-Sure changes or ends
A user no longer requires access
Agri-Sure determines that suspension is necessary to protect customers, dealers, systems, or business records
Termination of application access does not eliminate payment, contractual, accounting, or other obligations that existed before termination.
11. Third-Party Services
The application relies on third-party services to perform certain functions.
These services may include:
Intuit QuickBooks Online
HubSpot
Cloudflare
Hosting, communication, and infrastructure providers used by Agri-Sure
Use of third-party services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and policies.
Agri-Sure is not responsible for outages or service failures caused solely by systems outside Agri-Sure's control.
12. Privacy
Information processed through the application is handled according to the Agri-Sure Dealer Remittance Application Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed, how information is used, and how information associated with QuickBooks Online is handled.
13. Security
Users must take reasonable precautions to protect their accounts and devices from unauthorized access.
Users should promptly notify Agri-Sure if they believe:
Their account has been compromised
Another person has accessed their account without permission
They have received or viewed information they should not have access to
An application security issue may exist
Agri-Sure may require password changes, account reauthorization, or other measures when necessary to protect the application and its records.
14. Disclaimer
The application is provided for business administration, policy management, billing, and transaction processing.
To the extent permitted by law, Agri-Sure does not guarantee that the application will always operate without interruption, delay, error, synchronization differences, or third-party service failures.
Nothing in these Terms changes the terms of an Agri-Sure dealer agreement, policy contract, service contract, coverage agreement, or other separately executed written agreement.
If these Terms conflict with a separately executed agreement regarding the same subject, the separately executed agreement controls for that subject.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Agri-Sure will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the application.
This provision does not limit any right, responsibility, or remedy that cannot legally be limited.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except when another governing law is required by an applicable written agreement or applicable law.
17. Changes to These Terms
Agri-Sure may update these Terms when the application, connected services, business practices, or legal requirements change.
The current version will be posted on the Agri-Sure website with its effective date.
Continued use of the application after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
